Chris Hopkins B.Comm (Hons) CPA is the founder and principal of CJA Business Performance Solutions. He has more than 12 years experience in consulting to both the SME and Corporate market in Accounting, Business Systems and Performance Management related services.
Chris commenced his professional career at an accounting firm aligned with a Global Business Consulting network. During this tenure, he gained invaluable experience providing business and financial solutions to a wide range of clients across multiple industries. Chris also presented and facilitated a number of local and interstate business development conferences and seminars.
Chris later took a position selecting and implementing large scale business solutions for ASX Listed Companies. This exposed him to the systems, processes and methodologies utilised by major Australian Corporations.
Chris's other roles include CFO of a private equity group with interests spanning Mining, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Retail and Hospitality. During this time he oversaw mergers and aquisitions, and was proactive in numerous business improvement and transformation projects.
